What sort of solutions do citizens seek when they encounter legal problems? Do they actually have any faith in existing legal resources? The WODC examined various forms of dispute resolution, and assessed the development and outcome of citizens' legal problems. Among other outcomes, this resulted in the 2019 Dispute Resolution Delta (Geschilbeslechtingsdelta 2019).
