  2. How does it distinguish between residence and treatment phase?

  3. Which procedures and criteria are being used in decisions on selection and transfer?

  4. To what extent are the correctional institutions involved in the after-care?

  5. Which trans-sector routes have been developed by juvenile correctional institutions?

  6. Which routes do juveniles take in the sector?
