Quality systems of the judiciary

Quality systems of the judiciary

An international survey

Summary

This report presents a 'quick scan' of literature on quality systems used in jurisdiction abroad. Quality in this survey is regarded as meeting the criteria set. The problem definition is: which quality systems for the administration of justice are being used abroad and what are the experiences so far? The results are relevant particularly for the pVRO (the Reinforcement Judicial Organisation project), which is an umbrella project for various sub-projects aimed at developing valuation studies and quality indicators.
