Summary

The objective of this study is to collect vital information in regard to foreign law, in order to enable the Dutch Ministry of Justice to make an analysis of the role and functioning of the Central Authority (CA) in the framework of the implementation of the Hague Child Abduction Convention; and to deliberate on whether or not the function of the Dutch CA in the incoming return cases should be amended.
