The judge as chain partner

Organizations and professions / Judiciary

The judge as chain partner

Summary

This themed issue highlights the objections or arguments that may be voiced by partners in the administration of justice, including the legal professions, the Public Prosecution Service, and youth care. How do they view today's judicial system? How do they relate to each other from an organisational point of view? In his independent position, the judge is restricted in practice by the qualitative input and responsibilities of litigants and by the cooperation of organisations in the various judicial chains.
