NDM Annual Report 2009

Summary

The National Drug Monitor (NDM), which has been drawn up since 1999 by the Netherlands Institute of Mental Health and Addiction [Trimbos-instituut] in collaboration with the WODC, is a descriptive report that provides an overview of substance use (drugs, alcohol and tobacco) and, since 2002, of recorded drug-related crime and the criminal law response.
