Dutch antiterrorism legislation reviewed in light of fundamental rights

Summary

Recent years have witnessed the introduction of a large number of anti-terrorism measures in the Netherlands. Six of these have been found to merit particular attention in respect of fundamental rights. This research examined whether these measures, their provisions and their application are in accordance with the substance and import of fundamental human rights.
