(full text available only in Dutch)

Summary

This research is comparative in its methodology and, besides the Netherlands, it incorporates four European jurisdictions: Denmark, Germany, England & Wales and France. In five country reports the status quo in these jurisdictions has been expounded and analysed. On the basis of a comparative law analysis and an evaluation the question whether Dutch law is in need of legal reform has been answered.
