Conditional discharge

Summary

On 1 July 2008 the penal code has changed and conditional discharge has been introduced. Whit that, the early release with no conditions has been substituted by a release which is alway connected to the general condition that the convicted is not allowed to commit a crime before the end of the probation. In this study the execution, problems and effects of the Law Conditional Discharge are evaluated.
