From an unsuspicious source

Police and law enforcement / Reporting questionable financial transactions

From an unsuspicious source

Evaluation of the chain of unusual money transactions

Summary

As of February 1st, 1994, financial institutions are required by law to report unusual transactions to the Office for the Disclosure of Unusual Transactions (MOT). Nevertheless it is obvious that there is a huge lap between the amount of unusual, and even the amount of suspicious transactions, on the one, and the use if this information in criminal investigations on the other.
