Summary

The central research question is: 'What statutory regulations and modalities exist in the surveyed countries (Belgium, Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland) concerning serving of documents in criminal cases which can be used to improve the execution of criminal judgements in the Netherlands? To What extent are these statutory regulations and modalities feasible and - bearing the EHRC and ECHR in mind - are the acceptable?'
