Summary

This is a study into the nature and scope of the problems related to commercial surrogacy and the unlawful placement of children. The aim hereby is to ensure that more clarity can be gleaned as to what actually occurs in the countries where the possibilities are greater than in the Netherlands, as well as providing information with regards to the Dutch response upon the return of the commissioning parents in the Netherlands.
