Summary

The study question is as follows: how can current practice be described with regard to consultations on draft regulations in terms of quantity and quality? The purpose of this study, more specifically, is, in the context of legislative policy, “to gather systemized information with regard to the scope and content of current practice with regard to (formal and informal) consultations on draft regulations, the formulation of governmental decrees and ministerial regulations”, during the phase preceding the handling of such policy documents by the Cabinet.
