Transnational cooperation between supervisory authorities in Europe

Summary

The central research question is the following: how have the Netherlands and other member states of the European Union legally regulated the mutual administrative assistance between supervisory authorities which is necessary for the implementation of European law and which parts thereof ar suitable for use in the Netherlands? The selected four member states are Germany, France, Spain and England & Wales. The following five sectors were chosen: customs, financial supervision, social security, fisheries and food safety.
