Summary

The aim of this study is answering the following questions:

  1. What does the legal framework of both regulations look like and what are the legal possibilities and limitations of the regulations for the furnishing of proof during criminal proceedings?
  2. How often and in what manner are the regulations related to the witness with limited anonymity and the threatened anonymous witness in practice?
