Summary

This study provides an answer to the following research questions: what is the prevalence of anti-social behaviour amongst children under twelve? To what extent does continuity and discontinuity of anti-social behaviour exist over a period of two years, from around the age of 11/12 to 13/14? How do individual characteristics and upbringing affect anti-social behaviour amongst children under twelve? Are children under twelve labelled as anti-social in one context and pro-social in another context?
