Modernisation of the Dutch procedural law in the light of big data (full text only available in Dutch)

Summary

Big Data and data-driven applications are increasingly used in both the public and private sector. This study looks at which adjustments could ensure a better and more robust embedding of Big Data in the public sector, whereby general and social interests are safeguarded, stakeholders can effectively assert their rights and the principles of procedural justice are respected.
