Summary

The following research question was formulated: 'In what ways and to what extent is the objective of Right of Inquiry, formulated as fast and effective dispute resolution with the effect that the legal entity can continue to operate, be achieved by the introduction of the Law amending the Right of Inquiry and what other effects can be distinguished?'

The Law amending the Right of Inquiry consists of five law amendment categories, concerning 1. The admissibility criteria; 2. the relationship between the immediate provisions and the inquiry; 3. safeguards with respect to the inquiry; 4. submitting statements of defense, and; 5. the costs of defense.
