Summary

In the Netherlands, the very frequent adult offender (VFO) is an important target group for judicial policy. Since 2005, the frequent offender monitor (FOM) project monitors indicators of this group, its background characteristics, recidivism, sanctions and incarceration on the basis of judicial registration data. This report contains the latest results from the FOM.
