‘collective’ actions

An internal comparison of law between private law and administrative law (full text only available in Dutch)

Summary

Through systematic internal comparative law research – performed on the basis of text analysis and interviews – unnecessary or irrelevant differences between private law and administrative law can be identified and, if at all possible, eliminated or avoided. The matter of ‘collective’ actions is particularly well suited to such systematic research.
