Summary

Since 2005 it is possible for (surviving relatives of) victims of crimes committed by offenders subject to tbs measures and juvenile detainees, to obtain information from the public prosecutor (OM) on the judicial process in the execution phase. This mainly concerns information on detention, judicial leave, prolongation and termination of the tbs measure.
